To help us review your request efficiently and avoid delays in verifying your information, please have clear, readable copies of the documents listed below ready to upload before starting. Missing or incomplete documents may delay processing.

All applicants should have clear copies or photos of:

• Your valid driver’s license — front and back.
• Proof of your current residential address, if the address on your license is not current.

Please also have the following ready based on how you intend to use the rental:

Insurance Documents — If You Would Like Your Own Policy Reviewed

If you intend to use your own automobile or non-owner insurance during your rental, please have your current insurance declarations pages ready to upload for review. They should show your name, insurance company, policy number, effective dates, and coverage information. An insurance identification card alone may not provide enough information to verify coverage.

Providing these documents with your request may help avoid follow-up delays. If they are not ready, you may still submit your Rental Request; we will request them and any additional documentation before finalizing your rental if you would like your policy reviewed.

All uploads must be clear, readable, and show the requested information. You may cover unrelated sensitive information.
