Complete 12 consecutive months with TMO Car Rentals in good standing and receive a 6-night vacation accommodation certificate as our thank-you for your loyalty.
The certificate provides eligible accommodations for up to six nights at participating destinations. Transportation, airfare, meals, applicable taxes, resort charges, booking fees, security deposits, and other travel-related expenses are not included unless expressly stated in the certificate terms.
Destinations, travel dates, room availability, booking requirements, expiration dates, and other restrictions are determined by the certificate provider.

Reward eligibility is reviewed at each milestone. Reaching a milestone does not automatically guarantee a reward if the account does not meet the program requirements.
A rental account is generally considered in good standing when:
TMO Car Rentals will determine account status and reward eligibility based on the rental agreement, payment history, vehicle condition, and program requirements.
Reward milestones are based on consecutive time in an eligible rental—not simply the total number of days you have rented at different times.
A rental may still be considered continuous if TMO Car Rentals requires a vehicle exchange, temporary vehicle substitution, maintenance appointment, or replacement vehicle and the renter otherwise remains active and in good standing.
If the rental ends, the vehicle is voluntarily returned, the account becomes inactive, or the rental relationship is terminated before a milestone is reached, the renter’s reward period may restart if the renter returns at a later date.
Once you reach an eligible milestone, TMO Car Rentals will review your account to confirm that all program requirements have been satisfied.
Approved rewards will be issued according to the delivery method and fulfillment timeframe provided by TMO Car Rentals. Additional verification may be required before a reward is released.
Gas-card brands, denominations, rental-credit options, and delivery methods may vary based on availability.

No. Reward milestones generally require one continuous qualifying rental period. Separate or nonconsecutive rental periods cannot be combined unless TMO Car Rentals provides written approval.
Yes, eligible renters may earn each reward as they reach the applicable milestone and remain in good standing. The total promotional value of the 30-day through 9-month rewards is up to $200.
No. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
No. Rental credits may be used only toward an eligible rental payment and cannot be applied to other charges unless TMO Car Rentals expressly approves it.
The certificate provides an eligible accommodation benefit for up to six nights at a hotel or resort, subject to the certificate provider’s terms. It does not automatically include airfare, transportation, meals, taxes, resort charges, deposits, booking fees, or other travel expenses.
An approved vehicle exchange arranged by TMO Car Rentals generally will not interrupt your qualifying period if your rental account remains active and in good standing.
You will not earn a reward for a milestone that has not been completed. If you begin another rental later, your qualifying period may restart from the beginning.
