Documents must be current and match the information listed on your application. All copies must be clear and readable.
For rideshare rentals, additional vehicle-registration, insurance, inspection, or platform documentation may be required before the vehicle can be activated on your driver account.
Complete the Rental Request Form and tell us which delivery, courier, or rideshare platforms you intend to use. Upload your driver’s license, platform-profile screenshot, and other required documents.
We’ll review your rental request, driving information, documentation, intended vehicle use, and rental eligibility. We’ll contact you if additional information or clarification is needed and explain the next steps.
If we can accommodate your rental request, we’ll help you identify an available vehicle suitable for your intended platform use. Select your vehicle, sign the rental agreement, and pay the required refundable security deposit to secure it.
After your rental agreement is signed and all required payments have cleared, we’ll coordinate your vehicle pickup. At pickup, we’ll verify your identity, complete the vehicle-condition inspection, and provide the keys and vehicle information. You can then complete any remaining platform-required activation steps and start earning.
